PERSONAL STATEMENT
I am a senior IT professional with 9 years industry experience.
As a Senior Consultant I specialise in working closely with stakeholders and their business objectives to improve the function of existing systems in key areas including, data management, security and crisis management.
Working from the ground up in my career, I have both undertaken all levels of support roles as well as gone on to manage a team of support engineers.
I have implemented technical projects onsite as an engineer and then gone on to oversee multiple projects and teams in an operations management capacity.
My hardware and software skillset is wide ranging and covers: server technologies, cloud and VPN technologies, cyber security, VoIP telephony, mobile, Mac and IOS
My clients have ranged from SMEs to VIPs and celebrities, large corporates to public services, financial services, hospitality and education.
My transition through most of the roles that cover and connect all aspects of IT service delivery, management and support, as well as my strong hardware and software skill set, puts me in a unique position to provide IT consultancy effectively in varied scenarios.
I pride myself on my ability to communicate with anyone at any level. I listen effectively to key requirements, motivations and desired delivery outcomes whilst also managing the various stakeholders’ expectations through the consultative process.
